Helping Others Succeed

May 23 @ 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

| $375

In 2017 most leaders know they are expected to coach their employees to higher levels of contribution. Yet coaching isn’t “telling” — each employee is unique and needs different things from her/his manager. We know that there are some best practices that the most effective coaches do intuitively. Join us to experience our Helping Other Succeed program. This working performance coaching training session takes the guesswork out of determining individual coaching preferences, and provides a systematic approach to truly understanding the uniqueness of each employee. It “demystifies” the coaching process and provides a framework for guiding employees through a productive coaching conversation.

This one day business coaching workshop consists of two robust modules from our Helping Others Succeed Coaching Suite:

Coaching Partnerships is a 4 hour module focused on facilitating the discovery of how each team member has unique needs – and what those unique needs are! After completion, attendees will:

  • Be able to personalize coaching techniques for each employee through a comprehensive assessment
  • Have a keen understanding of what drives personal and professional satisfaction for each employee
  • Receive specific and personalized feedback for the manager on coaching effectiveness

Performance Coaching is a 2 hour module focused on coaching specifically on the contribution of employees. After completion, attendees will:

  • Understand how specific performance coaching can augment performance management
  • Be able to identify opportunities to utilize performance coaching
  • Define the aspects of the CLEAR model
  • Utilize elements of the CLEAR Model to coach employees on their performance
  • Articulate how to adapt the elements of the CLEAR Model based on the employee and situation
  • Recognize the opportunity to “review” after a coaching session
