European Associate Facilitators

Who we are looking for

• Fluency and facilitation experience in more than one European language
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe

Responsible for:

· Assessing needs, designing and creating custom leadership and engagement solutions for clients of BlessingWhite (leading companies around the world)
· Working with BlessingWhite business development teams to propose effective solutions that will enable clients to achieve strategic objectives
· Managing, researching, designing, developing, producing and updating BlessingWhite standard content/offerings/implementations

Experience needed:
· Skills and knowledge associated with the design and delivery of blended (combination of in-class and virtual) solutions absolutely critical
· Deep and broad knowledge of the leadership development space
· Knowledge of culture change, leadership development, high performing team effectiveness, coaching, employee engagement, performance management and career development
· Design and creation of leadership development projects for large organizations, particularly for experienced managers and senior levels in organizations
· Management of projects and collaboration with facilitators, consultants, executive coaches, account managers and clients to identify needs and co-propose solutions
· Strong emphasis on assessment, questioning and listening skills, and, exemplary writing skills and communication

This position requires:
· Working closely with clients, account managers, client support, marketing, and other consultants to design and craft high impact proposals and memorable presentations
· Collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure quality deliverables that measure and evaluate behavioral and business impact
· Partnering with others to uncover new opportunities in existing accounts

Design and development skills and expertise are essential and core to this position’s success.

Role includes awareness, knowledge and skills associated with collaborating with other designers, developers, software developers, editors, graphics designers, artists, audio and video producers, project coordinators, and production staff.

Location – BlessingWhite works with clients around the globe. We are very comfortable working in a virtual way, but in order to keep travel at reasonable levels when working with clients, we do have a general preference for this position:

· Northeast or Midwest
· Ideal locations: Princeton (NY to Philadelphia), Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St Paul, Boston, Washington
