BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies (“BlessingWhite”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure online environment to support your learning and development. We provide consulting and blended-learning solutions containing web-based applications, online assessments and surveys created and hosted by BlessingWhite on behalf of our Customers (“Customer Sites”).
Information We Collect
BlessingWhite collects basic contact information, which may include but is not limited to the following: name, email, user-created password, feedback-provider name and feedback provider email address.
This information is used to register program Participants and is treated as confidential customer information; it is collected on behalf of and in accordance with their instructions. BlessingWhite may use this information to contact the Participant and send notifications or reminders in order to facilitate the training process.
Participant information is collected on behalf of and shared with the Customer. BlessingWhite does not use Participant information for marketing purposes, and we do not disclose Participant information to any third parties unless expressly directed by the Customer or a court of law.
Visitors to BlessingWhite’s corporate website are not required to disclose any Personal Information.
Browser-provided information, Internet Protocol Address, browser type, browser language etc. is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual users. This information is used solely to improve our services.
We sometimes collect information from our website such as requests for more information, newsletter registrations, and research/marketing surveys. This may include name, title, company, email, phone number and other information. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Anonymous aggregate survey responses are used for BlessingWhite’s ongoing research and analysis; Customer or Participant information is never identified.
Viewing and Correcting Personal Information
We provide you with the means to update or change your Personal Information. Customer Sites have a user profile form to edit Personal Information. Requests to change Personal Information collected on our corporate website, including related surveys, can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information you provide to us in connection with our Customer Sites or corporate website is stored on our secure servers in a locked secure data environment. Access to your Personal Information is limited to authorized personnel. All reasonable measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access to or loss of your information.
Technical measures to protect your privacy include, in many instances, the use of passwords and the support of encryption technology in order to ensure the privacy and integrity of your Personal Information.
Cookies come in two types, persistent and session. Persistent cookies are saved on your hard drive after the browser is closed, while session cookies are destroyed by closing your browser. Our websites do not use persistent cookies. Our websites do use session cookies to function as designed; all session cookies are removed when your browser is closed.
