Kate is Managing Director for BlessingWhite’s European region as well as generating new business and managing several global client accounts. Kate’s responsibilities are centered on developing client relationships, working with senior teams and the wider employee populations to improve and sustain high performance cultures. This work includes leadership, team development, executive/peer coaching and employee engagement.
Kate’s clients include a mix of sectors and working with various levels within the organisation. Her current clients include Rolls-Royce, RBS Group, MARS, British Sky Broadcasting, Munich RE, AXA, LVMH and IMEC.
Prior to joining BlessingWhite Kate built a successful career in Management Consultancy, specialising in the Private Equity, Oil and Gas industry, her clients included BP, ConocoPhillips, Shell, Carlyle Group and TPG. Before this Kate worked for The HR Forum at Richmond Events in a sales and client relationship role.
John is Business Development Manager for BlessingWhite’s European region, responsible for generating new business and developing wider relationships with existing clients. John’s role is key to our client partnerships, he helps organisations identify and solve some of their most complex and important people issues – strategic change, leadership development, coaching, employee engagement and retention of top talent.
Prior to joining BlessingWhite John built a successful career in the event industry with IBX, IQPC and Arena International, specialising in the outsourcing and BFSI sector. His clients included Baker & McKenzie, Accenture, TCS, Scottish Development International, Simmons & Simmons, IBM, PwC, KPMG and Steria.
Patricia is BlessingWhite’s European Senior Consultant. Patricia’s responsibilities are focused on working with our clients to design and develop bespoke and customised learning solutions that meet the specific challenges and outcomes required by their organisations. The core areas are: leadership, employee engagement, strengthening teams and coaching solutions for global clients.
Patricia’s clients include: Actelion, EY, IMEC, NetApp, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International.
Patricia began her career with GE, working in the GE Healthcare division where she gained her European experience in the operational areas of: business analysis, sales, service and marketing. She then moved into L&D with GE Capital where she had responsibility for skills development and the cultural integration of GE acquired businesses across Europe. Following her experience with GE, Patricia joined Johnson & Johnson to lead major organisational change in Project Management across Europe and the Middle East. She then took a change of direction to work in consultancy where she focused on bring learning and development to consulting solutions for global corporate and UK public sector clients.
Patricia is qualified in MiRo Behavioural Mode Assessment (Licensed Practitioner & Coach), Insights Discovery System (Licensed Practitioner & Coach) and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Sean is a Senior Consultant at BlessingWhite Europe and is responsible for working with clients to help them develop their organisation through their talent by designing, developing and delivering bespoke and customised learning that delivers impactful results.
Sean is an experienced learning and development professional with over 15 years experience of working with organisations undergoing major change and transformation across a variety of sectors. He has managed major strategic change initiatives in large global organisations, supported leadership teams in developing organisational culture and built bespoke programmes for global organisations.
Sean began his learning career with Vodafone, working with the Retail division to develop leadership , sales , service and consumer understanding capability across all levels of the organisation and supporting organisational culture change, he then moved on to equipping the organisation for major change working across Europe with senior leaders and programme teams.
Sean then moved into a number roles with Lloyds Banking Group, developing talent, supporting employee engagement initiatives, developing the diversity agenda and working with executive teams during a period of significant change. Following his experience with Lloyds, Sean joined Barclays PLC as part of a Global Centre of Excellence designing, developing and deploying global learning programmes for the all colleagues and leaders, using cutting edge methodology in order make learning accessible to multiple audiences.
Sean is passionate about helping organisations get the most out of their talent by ensuring that he takes a truly consultative approach, working with organisations with their challenges by understanding their culture, strategy and purpose. Recent clients include: LVMH, AXA, Frank Hirth, Microsoft, EY and Bristol Myers Squibb.

Katie joined BlessingWhite’s European team as Client Support Manager in 2007. In her role Katie is responsible for supporting the Sales Team, Internal Consultants and working with clients to ensure implementations are managed and delivered successfully. Her role involves project management, logistical and administration support as well as interfacing with BlessingWhite’s internal communications and marketing team. Recent client projects have included LVMH, Deutsche Bank, IMEC, AMEX and Fujitsu.
In addition to this Katie also works closely with BlessingWhite’s European Associate Network to organise resourcing for large client implementations, onboarding and training of new Associates and quality control for all client implementations and events.
Katie began her career as an Account Executive working for a Global FMCG organisation, Katie then held client facing roles for a large defence organisation and a customer services role within a Global publishing house.
Bronwyn joined BlessingWhite in June 2013 in the role of Client Support Manager. Bronwyn works closely with the Sales Team, Consultants and Associates to provide logistical, administrative and project management support for client implementations across the world. Bronwyn’s current client projects include leadership and engagement implementations with AXA, Allen & Overy, RBS and Rolls-Royce.
Prior to joining BlessingWhite Bronwyn held client services and account management roles at the Royal College of Chiropractors, Volkswagen and Causeway Technologies. Bronwyn has recently completed an MA in History of Art & Architecture.
Daniel joined the European BlessingWhite team in May 2013 in the role of Business Development Manager. Daniel is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining excellent client relationships with new and existing clients. Daniel works alongside the Sales Team to identify and understand client needs and challenges and help develop solutions to meet these. In his role Daniel also works with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns and events bringing our latest research, news and expertise in leadership and engagement to support our clients.
Daniel brings 12 years’ experience in business development and account management, including roles at Dun & Bradstreet and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
