Kate is Account Director for BlessingWhite’s European region as well as generating new business and managing several global client accounts. Kate’s responsibilities are centered on developing client relationships, working with senior teams and the wider employee populations to improve and sustain high performance cultures. This work includes leadership, team development, executive/peer coaching and employee engagement.
Kate’s clients include a mix of sectors and working with various levels within the organisation. Her current clients include Rolls-Royce, RBS Group, MARS, British Sky Broadcasting, Munich RE, AXA, LVMH and IMEC.
Prior to joining BlessingWhite Kate built a successful career in Management Consultancy, specialising in the Private Equity, Oil and Gas industry, her clients included BP, ConocoPhillips, Shell, Carlyle Group and TPG. Before this Kate worked for The HR Forum at Richmond Events in a sales and client relationship role.
John is Business Development Manager for BlessingWhite’s European region, responsible for generating new business and developing wider relationships with existing clients. John’s role is key to our client partnerships, he helps organisations identify and solve some of their most complex and important people issues – strategic change, leadership development, coaching, employee engagement and retention of top talent.
Prior to joining BlessingWhite John built a successful career in the event industry with IBX, IQPC and Arena International, specialising in the outsourcing and BFSI sector. His clients included Baker & McKenzie, Accenture, TCS, Scottish Development International, Simmons & Simmons, IBM, PwC, KPMG and Steria.
Daniel joined the European BlessingWhite team in May 2013 in the role of Business Development Manager. Daniel is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining excellent client relationships with new and existing clients. Daniel works alongside the Sales Team to identify and understand client needs and challenges and help develop solutions to meet these. In his role Daniel also works with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns and events bringing our latest research, news and expertise in leadership and engagement to support our clients.
Daniel brings 12 years’ experience in business development and account management, including roles at Dun & Bradstreet and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
